FA40 - Strontianite - 580€
Oberdorf an der Laming, Steiermark, Austria
Size: 8.6 x 5.1 x 4 cm
Watch Video

Found in the world's best strontianite-locale, this specimen shows an unusual crystal habit. A number of elongated prisms with pointed terminations are nicely clustered on a white and grey matrix, like the spikes on a hedgehog. The coloring of the crystals is typical beige with a zone of brownish orange at the center. A really good piece of fine aesthetics!

FA108 - Smoky Quartz - 1650€
Val Giuv, Sedrun, Vorderrhein, Tujetsch, Graub√ľnden, Switzerland
Size: 10 x 6.7 x 6.9 cm
Watch Video

This group of smoky quartz shows a perfect composition, with a lustrous and clear main crystal at the back and a number of accompanying side-crystals of matching quality. Nice details are some little colorless quartz crystals at the terminal faces of the main smoky quartz. The specimen is crystallized even at the bottom und thus literally marvelous all around!

FA221 - Fluorite - 400€
Grimsel, Berner Oberland, Switzerland
Size: 6.7 x 5.1 x 3.3 cm
Watch Video

This piece has very nice aesthetics, although the color is not presented accurately in the picture. In nature it has more like a greenish tinge, with much more distinct pink cores at various spots. The one flaw I have to admit is a broken side-crystal at the right, which made me reduce the price on this piece. Still, it is hard to find a specimen like this on the market. Rare crystal habit, nice color and great overall aesthetics speak for itself.

FA344 - Schwazite - 160€
Schwaz, Tirol, Austria
Size: 3.2 x 3 x 2.1 cm
Watch Video

This specimen is composed of a number of schwatzite crystals of varying size, sitting on a white and pinkish matrix that is crystallized on all sides. There is some damage visible on this piece, but none of which is very salient. The piece mainly impresses with a perfect composition.

RR22 - Fluorite - 900€
Camissinone Mine, Zogno, Brembana Valley, Bergamo Province, Lombardy, Italy
Size: 8 x 7.5 x 5.8 cm
Watch Video

As with the piece above, this fluorite shows a much better color in nature, than in the pictures. I love the exceptional beauty of this etched specimen as it offers something immensely fascinating to the viewer. The crystal is perfectly clear, a floater and in outstanding condition, with just one tiny chip - one you have to actively look for. The aesthetic of this piece is simply fantastic!

RR20 - Fluorite - 350€
Camissinone Mine, Zogno, Brembana Valley, Bergamo Province, Lombardy, Italy
Size: 8.1 x 7.4 x 4.6 cm
Watch Video

Most special about this fluorite is the wonderful purple core that shines through the otherwise greenish clear fluorite. The whole piece is very much etched on all sides and is in perfect condition. This piece is not quite as clear as the one above but still a perfect floater with unique aesthetics. Very nice in person!

RR23 - Fluorite - 180€
Bergbau Rabenstein, Penser Tal, Sarntal, South Tyrol, Italy
Size: 5.1 x 3.9 x 3.2 cm
Watch Video

A floater with modified grapelike crystals that look almost amorphic. The piece has a nice 3-dimensional shape you can better see in the video. A very nice little treasure with a color that is a little bit more to the green than in the picture.

BS11 - Smoky Quartz - 2200€
Zinggenstock, Grimsel area, Hasli valley, Berner Oberland, Switzerland
Size: 7.3 x 6.1 x 5.9 cm
Watch Video

Another one from the famous Rufibach-find. As before, the quality of the quartz is just fabulous and absolutely gemmy. The specimen is in a perfect condition with just some contacts but no real damage. It is nicely 3-dimensional and overall a wonderful piece. It is to mention that the bottom is cut but that's not visible anyway. A remarkably fine piece of superb quality!
