This group of octahedral fluorite in combination with calcite is a piece of great color-contrast and aesthetics. The fluorite shows nice mint green coloring with modifications at the corners. A nice piece of pretty detail and attractive colors in person!
This single carrollite crystal sits atop a calcite-matrix that provides a wonderful contrast to the dark metallic luster of the main crystal. The carrolloite is exceptionally sharp, and a good 1 cm on edge. A nice piece in person with no obvious damage.
This piece is truly outstanding. The composition of perfect red spessartine atop a white feldspar matrix is utterly striking and beautiful. The spessartine crystals are just flawless and of a deep wine-red coloring that is in stark contrast with the white matrix. A superb combination, beautiful all around and of the highest quality you can find!
A nicely balanced combination of pyrite and galena that stands out in a very beautiful and aesthetic way. Holding it in hands it immediately emanates a worthy feeling of high quality and appealing looks. While the golden pyrite is straight and harmonic, the galena is excessively modified and magnificently fascinating. Smaller white calcite crystals are adding nice accents. This specimen has no visible damage at all. An incredibly nice choice!
A well balanced play of black hübnerite crystals with glassy white quartz crystals. All the main crystals on this piece are flawless with nice lustrous terminations. I love the vertical presentation with the hübnerite at the top as this way it creates a dramatic impression. The underlying quartz needles are of marvelous quality as well and very much emphasize the hübnerite. As you can see in our video the backside is contacted but which is absolutely not disturbing the fantastic main view. This is definitely a piece of pure aesthetics!
This rare combination of black schorl on colorless topaz is strikingly beautiful for its dramatic contrast and the outstanding composition. The topaz has a flawless termination is lustrous and mainly clear. Unlike on the picture, the color has a slight greenish tinge. At the sides you find schorl inclusions that add a nice touch to the already pretty view. For a better understanding of color and clarity, please watch the video. You will not be disappointed!
This is a large cluster of cuboctahedral pyrite crystals with nice golden luster. Finding flaws on this piece is hard work that does not pay at all. All crystals are in great condition. Its a beautiful sight having all different crystal sizes from really tiny up to around 3.5 cm in diameter. Additionally there is lovely white calcite present to add some nice accents. This is definitely a great piece of impressive size and remarkable quality!
Don't get fooled, this apatite crystal is much better in person. Free of any damage, glassy (!) and incredibly lustrous. Some of these aspects are shown on the video, but the whole beauty extends in nature solely. The apatite is enthroned upon a matrix of sparkling white feldspar and muscovite blades. A very nice composition with great contrast and aesthetics.
Sharp and highly lustrous, this doubly terminated anatase crystal lies on a beautifully sparkling matrix that provides an intensive contrast to emphasize the main crystal. Scattered across the surface of the white matrix you find smaller anatase crystals. The piece is highly attractive and in perfect condition!
This piece shows unusually nice aesthetics. One single isolated main crystal of hübnerite is nested in a chaotic group of sparkling and clear quartz needles. The main crystal with a size of 2.2 x 1.1 cm is impressive and very much emphasized by the accompanying quartz and hübnerite side-crystals. This is a supberb piece of perfect composition!
Black cassiterite crystals are sharing this specimen with metallic arsenopyrite crystals in a nice harmonic way. Glass quartz needles and some smaller siderite add a nice contrast and perfect this fine combination-piece. This piece is a sparkling beauty as all of these minerals are of finest quality with wonderful luster and free of any damage. While a smaller part at the back is contacted, around three thirds of the specimen are crystallized and offer a brilliant view. Stunning from a mineralogical standpoint - remarkably beautiful most certainly!
It needs some illumination, true. But when provided, this specimen offers a spectacular view of bright colors and an unusually pretty shape! As you can see in the video, the amount of necessary backlight is not too high anyway and you are easily able to reveal a color-play that is totally unique. It's like a striking cherry-red tourmaline with a perfectly modified termination grows out of another, fresh apple-green tourmaline. At the backside you find some white adularia as a side-mineral. The bottom of this fabulous specimen is terminated. Except for one tiny chip at the back side of the upper termination, which is not visible when observed from the front, this tourmaline is in a very good condition. Beautiful and simply outstanding!
