A well-developed oversized scepter-head of intense purple color and sparkling luster is the trademark of this piece. It is of brilliant limpid quality, doubly-terminated and sits on a milky white quartz body. This little jewel is truly a nice view from all sides as you very much can see in the video!

AB18 - Garnet - SOLD
Granatkogel, Obergurgl, Ötztal, Nordtirol, Austria
Size: 7.7 x 4.8 x 3.4 cm

A group of cherry-red garnet crystals are aesthetically embedded in silvery schist to compose this very appealing specimen. The whole piece appears very natural with some etching on the garnet but no damage. The up to 2.8 cm crystals are translucent and of intensive color provided the right, strong illumination. An overall attractive specimen where color, composition and crystal size fit perfectly!

PB91 - Augelite with Quartz - SOLD
Mundo Nuevo Mine, Mundo Nuevo, Huamachuco, Sanchez Carrion, La Libertad, Peru
Size: 4.5 x 4 x 2.7 cm

Shaped like a crown of white quartz jeweled with brilliant green augelite this is an excellent piece that is beautiful on front and backside alike - if the word "backside" is even a valid term here. This specimen is in a very good condition with just some minor edge wear here and there. The sparkling white matrix is perfectly suited for highlighting the intensely green augelite crystals. A wonderful sight in person!

AB25 - Epidote with Calcite - SOLD
Knappenwand, Untersulzbachtal, Pinzgau, Salzburg, Austria
Size: 4.9 x 2.9 x 2.3 cm

Mining for epidote specimens can get very harsh at times, with blasting and heavy equipment. Knowing this it seems like a small wonder that this fragile piece, a delicately crystallized floater, is free of any damage and not repaired! A sparkling piece of marvelous quality with some calcite and byssolite to complete the picture. Definitely outstanding and of a unique, distinctly 3-dimensional character.

XY42 - Milarite - SOLD
Val Val, Tschamut, Tujetsch, Graubünden, Switzerland
Size: 2.4 x 2 x 1.5 cm

Its incredibly hard to find good milarite specimens thus I am happy to to offer this small but excellent specimen. This milarite specimen is a considerable 1.4 cm in length, lustrous and of good color and quality. With not a single scratch on the crystal, this is a remarkable specimen! It is accompanied by small smoky quartz crystals that provide a nice contrast. Please don't forget to watch the video as it very nicely shows the marvelous Alpine character and the overall beauty of this specimen!

RK385 - Londonite - SOLD
Ampanivana pegmatite, Betafo District, Vakinankaratra Region, Antananarivo Province, Madagascar
Size: 2.7 x 2.3 x 1.8 cm

This single londonite crystal is truly remarkable! The crystal is complete all around and very well developed. At the side there is a single notch which seems to be due to a contact or a simple imperfection in the crystallization process. The rest is perfectly developed on all sides which is absolutely remarkable and totally unique! A small damage on the lower right corner is re-healed to the most part and thus very much acceptable. The color of the londonite is characteristic for the find: an almost sulphur-like yellow at the translucent outer layer with an opaque greenish core. A very appealing and rare piece of single crystal londonite from a unique 2015 find in Madagascar.

FJ1 - Fluorite - SOLD
Nagar, Hunza valley, Gilgit District, Northern Areas, Pakistan
Size: 16 x 14.8 x 9.8 cm

2.5 kg of solid pink fluorite, all well crystallized and of fantastic open color. At roomlight this fluorite shows nice satiated pink but this literally explodes at direct backlight. The backside is a mix of contacted and recrystallized surface but the front is beautifully etched and flawless. Size, intensive color and quality of this specimen are absolutely remarkable and outstanding for a piece from the locale of Nagar and for fluorite in general. Watch our video for a better impression of size and elegance of this impressive piece!

RT1 - Titanite - SOLD
Laperwitz-Kees, Glocknergruppe, Kals, Osttirol, Austria
Size: 4.8 x 2.8 x 1.7 cm
Watch Video

A floater, a doubly terminated twin, a gemmy single titanite crystal of impressive size! This crystal is absolutely stunning and completely flawless. The surface shows brilliant luster despite the chlorite which at some spots eroded the titanite. At the frontside, where chlorite is absent you can see the alternating olive green and amber brown inside the gemmy crystal. With almost 5 cm in length, this is a real stunner, especially for the locale but for Alpine titanite in general!

TB13 - Pyrite with Quartz - SOLD
Rotgülden, Lungau, Salzburg, Austria
Size: 6.8 x 3.5 x 1.2 cm
Watch Video

Pyrite from Rotgülden is quite a classic although rare and not nearly as impressive as Pyrite from Peru or Spain. This is a just lovely example of sparkling golden pyrite in association with chalcopyrite on a white quartz matrix. It is a thin plate with a backside that is covered in white quartz microcrystals. Aside from peripheral contacts there is no damage here. The pyrite reaches sizes of around 5 mm across. Small but definitely lovely and in great condition!

IX15 - Titanite - SOLD
Kristallwand, Frosnitztal, East Tyrol, Austria
Size: 2.1 x 1.9 x 1.2 cm
Watch Video

A brilliant little thumbnail from the new find at the Kristallwand in East Tyrol, known for high class titanite. One single crystal, all sharp, gemmy and of great green and brown color, sits on a small piece of matrix, associated with a small white adularia crystal. The aesthetics is just breathtaking and perfectly well balanced! A close check with the loupe shows some very minuscule edgewear but aside of that this piece is just perfect with just stunning quality and textbook composition!

WZ32 - Hematite and Quartz on Adularia - SOLD
Cavradi, Val Curnera, Tujetsch, Graubünden, Switzerland
Size: 6.2 x 3.8 x 3.4 cm
Watch Video

Aesthetics is everything!
This unmistakable Cavradi-specimen scores with its unique composition that unites a perfect colorless quartz with a structure of white albite that holds a group of metallic hematite plates with little rutile crystals on them. Striking outline, best quality, contrast and an overall unusual yet highly attractive appearance make for a simply breathtaking small cabinet specimen with absolutely no downsides!

KA11 - Topaz - SOLD
Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Size: 4 x 1.8 x 1.3 cm

That's a very sharp crystal with high brilliance and intense color. If it is shown with light from the bottom, the color gets even more intense with a good portion of red. It is well-terminated with extremely fine luster all around.
