This is a highly lustrous calcite with a great shape and aesthetics. The specimen is in a very good condition over all. No damage of importance is present!
A fat cluster of hematite (iron rose) coming out of a small matrix of adularia! It has a very good luster and untypical sharp edges. No damage worth to mention is present!
What a beautiful titanite! All alpine collectors try to get some color in their collections! I believe this is the reason why these are so high appreciated by so many alpine collectors (including me). This crystal has a very good size of over 4cm and a beautiful color. It is well crystalized all around and just some minor edgewear is precent. It is beautiful in person and a perfect fit for all alpine collections of high standard.
WOW, what a stunning group of apatites! It is well balanced and in combination with adularia and calcite. I have rarely seen good apatites from South Tyrol, hence this piece is also very special for the locality. Some chlorite is grown over the calcite and the adularia, creating a very nice contrast, which highlights the apatite very well. It is a floater all around and free of any damage!
What looks like a single crystal gwindel at first sight, holds many charming details at closer sight. The piece is a floater, with just one minor contact at the lower front side-crystal. The gwindel itself is flawless, completely glassy, lustrous and with a slight covering of chlorite. There are some side-crystals present that very much add to the general beauty of this specimen. The color is not all too dark, but the quality is truly prestine!
Colors, luster and gemminess of this tourmaline are just brilliant, making this an outstanding specimen. While the lower part is pink, the upper third is turquoise or a nice apple-green, depending on the angle of view. Especially lovely is the termination, which is strongly modified and shows wonderful structures at the many faces. The very tip of the crystal has a pink tinge to it which is a splendid little detail. This tourmaline is a stunningly beautiful specimen of superb quality and striking aesthetic!
This smaller piece strikes with an exceptional composition. A 3-dimensional cluster of glassy quartz crystals holds scheelite covered in yellowish green stolzite arranged in two rows of crystals. Luckily the largest of those crystals is prominently sitting quite at the top of this specimen. The piece has some minor edge wear but is generally in a very good condition. An astoundingly beautiful and rare piece!
A sculpture of colorless, transparent quartz crystals with black hübnerite. Great luster and clarity make this a sparkling fireworks of great aesthetics. This specimen shows no obvious damage and is a 360° beauty. A great piece from the worlds best hübnerite source in Mundo Nuevo.
Prince of Whales Island is considered the worlds second best source for epidote after the Austrian Knappenwand and this piece shows why. Two blocky, dark green and lustrous epidote crystals are dominantly arranged on this attractive specimen, associated with some contrasting white, doubly terminatied quartz. The crystals show very complex and sharp terminations with beautiful chevron striations. Mossy green patches are visible at direct illumination on the otherwise opaque crystals. There is no considerable damage, even the backside is nicely crystallized. An outstanding piece with distinctive outline and large, high class crystals!
Presented high up on a podium of snow-white pericline and adularia stands a single shiny titanite crystal, around 1 cm long. It is gemmy, olive-green and flawless. The color is quite intensive for this exceedingly rare locale and greatly contrasts with the white matrix. A nice and aesthetic specimen from the rare locale Gamsmutter!
Absolutely beautiful! A comparatively large main crystal of pristine quality dominantly stands out from a white feldspar matrix, accompanied by a second, smaller crystal of matching quality. Like towering water, these crystals look all wet and liquid with razor sharp edges. A chip at the main crystals backside seems to fade considering that incredibly quality. A well balanced specimen that combines textbook aesthetics with unbeatable crystal quality!
A perfectly aesthetic amethyst specimen from the famous locale at Jacksons Crossroads that strikes with its perfect textbook composition!
A flawless amethyst scepter, accompanied by a couple of smaller side-crystals stands at the center of white matrix, covered in colorless little quartz crystals. Especially the main crystal shows the quality, Jacksons Crossroads is famous for: Intensive color, great luster and a transparent interior that easily catches the light!
Great outline, stark contrast and the overall flawless composition make for an absolutely lovely miniature specimen!
