A sparkling landscape of glassy white adularia with silvery mica, black hematite and dark green chlorite on matrix! The quality of the adularia is just outstanding, most of the smaller crystals being completely clear. The largest crystal is around 3 cm in size, shiny white and accompanied by small hematite. A classic paragenesis from the Zillertal that shows best quality adularia in typical association!
Two glassy quartz crystals dominantly protrude from this specimen like rabbit ears. The quartz is sharp, lustrous and virtually flawless. The matrix is a nice combination of small quartz crystals and brown limonite. The whole piece is in best condition, a floater of perfect aesthetics and great quality!
White sparkling quartz with superb luster forms this lovely little specimen. The larger crystal to the left is in fact a 4.6 cm doubly terminated crystal that's completely flawless. To the right is a twin crystal pair of matching quality. In the center of this piece is a contacted but re-crystallized and undamaged zone. The quartz has some internal cracks and milky zones but is without any damage and nicely attractive all around!
