This incredible piece shows the high tourmaline quality the Pederneira Mine is famous for. The two brilliant gemmy main crystals with flawless pointed terminations are of imposing size and just staggering color and luster. The color ranges from blue-green to a rich green at the top. The base reveals a pink core where the outer layer is broken away and rehealed. Smaller chips at one side crystal plus the backside of one main crystal are fully acceptable on a marvelous piece like this. The second side crystal is fully recrystallized, as you can see on the picture. This is a wonderful piece of pure gemminess and brilliance for any collection of high class tourmaline!
