How to order

We handle our customers as individually and personally as we care for every single one of our minerals. If you wish to place an order or have any questions about our minerals, simply send an email to: rudolf@saphiraminerals.com

Please let us know the mineral specimen, its order reference number, the locality and the price of your purchase. All specimens are sold on a first come - first served basis. We will immediately reserve and hold your specimen, and we will generally respond within a period of 1 - 2 days.

Shipping Rates

As a faster alternative to standard postal serviece we also provide Fedex shipment worldwide. If you are interested, please ask us for the shipping rates which usually range from 70 – 150 Euro, depending on size, weight and destination coutry.

Payment Options

Payments are possible by bank transfer, credit card or paypal.

Please let us know which of these payment options you prefer. For credit card and paypal payments we have to charge 3.5 % (within Europe) or 4.5 % (outside Europe) of the total item value. Bank transfer is free of charge.

We aim to ship all items within a period of 3 days upon receipt of your payment.

Customs/Duty Fees

The customer is responsible for paying all associated customs or duty fees when minerals are shipped to foreign countries.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return a specimen, because you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you can do so within a 14 day return period. Please send us an email indicating the order reference number, the mineral name and the price. Please handle the specimen very carefully and return it immediately after notifying us of its return. Once we have received the specimen in the same condition it was sent to you, we will happily refund the full price of the item (less the shipping costs).
