AJ769 - Fluorite - 1000€
Okorusu Mine, Otjiwarongo District, Otjozondjupa Region, Namibia
Size: 6 x 4.3 x 4.3 cm

The larger main crystal on this high quality fluorite specimen has 1.7 cm on edge, it is clear, sharp, lustrous and displays a beautiful inner life. Just like the smaller crystals here, it is transparent and green but at the edges it has distinctive purple color which really stands out! Inside the crystal you can see a complex phantom. But you can also see the vivid rock matrix that is beneath the fluorite. Very beautiful!
All around this specimen is in best condition with some peripheral contacts but no broken crystals. Nicely aesthetic and of splendid quality!

FM497 - Bertrandite - 350€
Kara-Oba W deposit, Moiynkum District, Jambyl Region, Kazakhstan
Size: 4 x 3 x 2.6 cm
Watch Video

This lovely specimen is a combination of pyrite on bertrandite with brownish rhodochrosite. Emerging from the nicely crystallized matrix is a spray of bertrandite which again holds several metallic pyrite cubes. The aesthetics here is really just amazing! The only drawback is a repair at the main bertrandite group. I don’t think it much compromises the overall picture but it definitely lowers the price.

AQ368 - Emerald - 6000€ - On Hold
Swat District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan
Size: 3.2 x 3 x 1.8 cm

This is really an outstanding emerald: The single doubly terminated main crystal has 1.15 x 1.05 x 0.85 cm and absolutely fantastic quality! It is 100 % flawless, well defined and freely visible on matrix.
The crystal has best stunning green color that can only be described as “emerald-green”. It is gemmy and lustrous, with a beautiful surface structure on all sides. The contrast and balance of the green emerald and the crystallized white matrix is really just amazing. We did just a little trimming on the sides to improve the aesthatics which left us with this breathtaking little emerald specimen! It’s a fantastic little eye-catcher for any collection of fine minerals!

DR660 - Fluorite on Muscovite - 650€
Erongo Mts., Karibib Constituency, Namibia
Size: 8.3 x 5.8 x 5.6 cm
Watch Video

The muscovite matrix has a nice yellowish color and silvery luster which strongly contrasts with the dark green fluorites that are nested in between. The fluorites seem dark at first but when you add direct light you can nicely see the green and purple colors that fill the transparent crystals. Individual fluorites reach up to 1.5 cm in diameter. The condition is overall very good. Especially the main view is all complete and undamaged.

ZP116 - Prase, Quartz Sceptre - 2200€
Serifos Island, Cyclade Islands, South Aegean, Greece
Size: 6 x 3.5 x 2.4 cm
Watch Video

This is a highly unusual and exceedingly rare quartz/prase sceptre combination from Serifos Island. It features a pale pinkish quartz sceptre head that is placed atop a greenish quartz that is basically colorless but has those distinctive actinolie inclusions along the surface which adds the color. Head and stem are divided by a thin layer of microcristalline quartz which certainly is unique.
It is a vivid and stunningly beautiful specimen from the classic local in Greece. I love the unique aesthetics of this specimen. Comparable specimens are near impossible to find and since the location has been closed for collectors there is certainly not coming anything new.

PB603 - Grossular - 6500€
Jeffrey Mine, Asbestos, Québec, Canada
Size: 17.3 x 16.8 x 4.5 cm
Watch Video

The piece has a spectacular size and is richly set with high-gloss orange grossular crystals! The individual crystals are super-brilliant, intensely colored and perfectly defined with sizes up to 1.2 cm in diameter. If you move the piece in your hands, you get a sparkling fireworks of glittering garnets that sit isolated on the gray matrix. What is immediately noticeable is a distinctive vertical line where the grossulars are threaded close together, interrupted only by a single white feldspar crystal.
All in all, this is a masterpiece. A massive, exceptional and highly attractive specimen!

FM249 - Tourmaline - 3400€
Pala District, San Diego Co., California, USA
Size: 4.8 x 2.5 x 2.3 cm
Watch Video

Most striking about this tourmaline crystal is the disctinctive color variation. A dark forest green gradually changes to lighter green further up to a colorless zone. On top of that you see distinctive pink and a final layer of fresh grass green at the termination. The crystal is transparent and lustrous, the flat termination is frosted but with a nice gloss as well. The edge around the termination does have some abrasions but the rest is in superb condition and the crystal is not repaired.
It's an old specimen that we got from the private collection of Wilhelm Niemetz in Vienna, a corresponding label is included.

OT32 - Topaz - 1250€
Hematita, Antônio Dias, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Size: 6.4 x 4.7 x 4.9 cm
Watch Video

It's a massive single crystal topaz from Hematita in Antônio Dias, Brazil. It is extremely brilliant with super shine and transparency. With its remarkable size of 6.4 cm and a weight of around 250 grams, it really knows to impress! The back is partly rough and has damages. The front, on the other hand, is absolutely brilliant and shows fantastic luster and a fine surface structure. The video provides a better understanding of the massive shape. The quality, however, is much better in reality.

ZW532 - Fluorite - 400€
Dal'negorsk, Primorskiy Kray, Far-Eastern Region, Russia
Size: 2.7 x 2.6 x 2.4 cm
Watch Video

It's a small but wonderful little fluorite from Dal'negorsk. The specimen has a size of 2.7 cm, the fluorite has 2 cm on edge. It is absolutely lovely to see how clear and vibrant this crystal is! Through the transparent fluorite you can see right to the matrix, that is present at the bottom and parts of the backside. The condition is very good with only microscopic abrasions.

FV515 - Spessartine - 480€
Shigar Valley, Skardu District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan
Size: 3.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm
Watch Video

This very attractive spessartine specimen features a 1.7 cm main crytal atop a piece of matrix. The white feldspar matrix is studded with some smaller garnets and it is naturally crystallized on all sides. The prominent main crystal is flawless, lustrous, well developed and, although mostly opaque, has gemmy red patches all over. It’s a splendid little specimen as you can very well see in our video!

LK039 - Gold - 2700€
Red Lake mine, Ontario, Canada
Size: 4.5 x 3.8 x 2.7 cm
Watch Video

It's a Canadian gold which you don’t see all that often. We were able to obtain this fine specimen from the private collection of Wilhelm Niemetz in Vienna, the label comes with the piece. The exact locale is the Red Lake Mine in Ontario, also called the Dickenson Mine.
The gold penetrates the rock matrix, emerging at the top and forming a distinctive and shiny golden leaf. A classic and elegant specimen as you can also see in our video.

MK807 - Aquamarine - 2200€
Erongo Mts., Karibib Constituency, Namibia
Size: 8 x 7.5 x 5 cm
Watch Video

Characteristic for the locale, this aquamarine specimen has a rather rough and natural look despite having a dominant aquamarine of beautiful quality at the center. The main aqua has a visible size of 4.6 x 3.8 cm. It is nested in a vibrant mix of feldspar, schorl, red iron oxide and the rare opal hyalite, which you can see glowing green under uv-light. The aquamarine itself is mostly clouded inside but it also has treansparent parts, especially towards the termination. It is in perfect condition and has a very attractive blue color. This color somewhat depends on the light you use. Cold light makes it disctinctively blue like in the picture. Warmer light adds a nice ocean green component. Really attractive and very natural looking! In our video you can see how the whole piece is crystallized all around. We use additional uv-light in the video to show the glowing hyalite.
