The single isolated, sharp and lustrous titanite crystals are set on a fragile feldspar matrix, associated with chlorite and some black schorl. Miraculously this whole specimen is flawless all around with a filigree three-dimensionally structured matrix. Very attractive in person with crystals up to around 1 cm.
This is a high quality smoky quartz from the Swiss Alps. On the back side some matrix is attached, what distinguishs it very well from a single crystal.It is in a very good condition over all without any damage worth to mention. Very fine in person!
Among the classic high quality hematite from Elba this surely is the king! Over 15 centimeters of 3-dimensionally arranged hematite, playfully associated with small white quartz needles shows the wonderful aesthetics of a coralreef with vugs and caves and towering crystals all around. A flawless pure brucite specimen of distinctive outline and wonderful yellow color! Both sides of the flat specimen are lustrous and nicely crystallized which leaves absolutely no downside on this fine specimen!
An epidote of striking aesthetics with prominent shape and a quartz side-crystal of just the right proportion. The epidote is of dark brown and green coloring with good luster on all sides. The whole piece is in very good condition. The backside shows a broken but healed crystal. All the main crystal forming a textbook silhouette are flawless. An outstanding piece!
With an imposing length of over 10 cm this is an absolutely stunning piece. Not repaired and in best condition! The tourmaline is very much gemmy, especially towards the complex pyramidal termination. The color is a combination of beautiful pastel pink and blue. Not as striking at first glance but even the more lovely if you give it a closer look! The whole specimen is a composition of gemminess, attractive colors and elegant shape, covered in brightly sparkling luster.
This liddicoatite from the rich pegmatite fields of Madagascar is a complete floater that's crystallize on top and bottom with some white feldspar loosely distributed over all surfaces. The crystal is translucent and when provided with some backlight it reveals a beautiful strawberry red upper half, while the lower half has some apple green patches too. In picture 1 you can see the crystal with artificial backligth, picture 2 shows it in natural light only. A great single crystal of superb natural appearance and in outstanding condition!
A broad landscape of snow white pericline crowned with some milky adularia. The piece is all perfect save for inevitable peripheral contacts. The largest adularia crystal is 3.5 cm in size, lustrous and studded with some tiny hematite. A lovely piece with many details that shows best quality and a great Alpine character!
Best luster on all sides, a glassy crystal and a very distinctive sceptre habit make this an attractive specimen in person! Through the transparent sceptre head you can see several individual patches of golden iron oxide which adds much in respect of color and general beauty. The complex termination is in very good although not completely flawless condition. The bottom is re-crystallized and perfect. Shaped like a crown on a head of porous matrix this hyalite specimen (or Opal-AN) is especially distinctive in appearance. Inside the circular boundaries there is a knob of cream-white aragonite, perfectly centred and prominent. The hyalite is perfectly water-clear and in a very good condition. This piece offers perfect aesthetics and brilliant quality as you nicely can see in our video!
This large plate of sparkling minerals is absolutely pristine and lovely! The landscape of transparent, sharp, white quartz crystals is studded with a variety of Cavnic Mine specialties: yellowish, doubly terminated calcite, skin-colored dolomite and metallic glistening chalcopyrite. This is not a specimen with dominant main crystals but a very well balanced paragenesis of general beauty in impressive condition.
