It's a highly attractive scepter specimen that features several elongated crystals fanning out from a small piece of matrix. The condition is exceptional with only small abrasions on those glassy and lustrous sceptres! The piece is repaired as one crystal went off as a whole, but that is not visible from the front.
This fine piece is certainly a jewel from this famous find at the Sandkopf near Heiligenblut.

DV377 - Apatite - Sold

This fine apatite specimen is a classic from an old collection. The enclosed label dates ot back to 1881!
But it is not only old but beautiful too! A 4.1 cm apatite cluster is set on a dark chlorite matrix with beige-colored feldspar surrounding the main crystals. The apatite comes as transparend colorless crystals with very nice luster and distinctive shape. Some minor damage is present but which is hardly discernible or even much relevant on a historic piece like this!

This excellent smoky quartz specimen shines with wonderful luster and completely glassy and undamaged crystals! The largest crystal has around 4 cm in length and stands out from the crowd of smaller but equally brilliant crystals. Quality is absolutely breathtaking here! The smokies are set on a piece of naturally broken rock matrix and show no downsides whatsoever!

This very attractive adularia specimen features one single main crystal that is glassy and in perfect condition. It is set on a sparkling aggregate of smaller adularia wich is absolutely lovely and well balanced!

In the early 1990s this locale yielded a number of significant titanite specimens of beautiful quality. Since then however no new material is appearing and whatever is on the market is highly coveted.
This is a matrix specimen with a rich number of lustrous green titanites up to about 1 cm in size. The crystals are distributed over a surface of sparkling white adularia micro-crystals, accompanied by a single 7 mm adularia in the center. The specimen has nice classic aesthetics, sharp crystals and no damage anywhere!

Look at the size of this fantastic Zogno fluorite!
This is a complete floater, heavily etched all around yet at some areas still showing the original cubical crystal habit! The color is a combination of very light green and violet, showing very interesting zoning throughout the crystal. Some limonite inclusions add an earthy-brown color here and there though most of the fluorite is just thransparent and flawless!
One cleavage at the backside is the only issue on this heavy and relatively fragile speicmen, the rest is all complete and perfect which is absolutely remarkable in person! A stunning specimen from this important locale!

Top sceptre quartz specimen with exceptionally distinct "windows" that reach deep into the crystal without compromising the well cut crystal architecture. The crystal is completely flawelss from bottom to top. The large sceptre head is set on a comparatively thin stem which looks just amazing. Iron oxide inclusions make it shine in beautiful golden light!

Quality and shape of this brilliant little specimen are utterly stunning in person! The Perfectly developed sceptre head shows intensive purple color, it is glassy, sharp and flawless! The elongated colorless stem is equally perfect and has some small attachements of mica at the bottom which adds even more to the already stunning aesthetics. Small but absolutely gorgeous in person!

GX333 - Epidote with Byssolite - Sold

Epidote is still at its best when it comes in combination with fine hairy byssolite as it is unique for Knappenwand specimens! The tousled blueish byssolite stands in contrast with the sharp prismatic, lustrous and gemmy green epidote crystals on which it is grown. This is a complete floater of crystals only with no matrix. Some side-crystals show contacts or minimal dings but the main crystals are complete and undamaged.

It's a characteristic specimen for the La Gardette Mine that features glassy quartz crystals of finest quality in Dauphiné habit. The whole cluster is in great condition and sparkling with countless lustrous crystals the largest of which has around 9 cm in length. We got this piece from the private collection of Dr. Reinhard Dallinger who again bought it at the Munich Show of 1992. A lable is included with the piece!

Very nice floater specimen of pericline on schist matrix in best condition all around. The crystals are encrusted with some limonite which adds the characteristic orange-brown color without covering too much of the white blocky crystals. At close view you can see some rutile in a sagenite grid. The closer you look, the more this piece has to offer!

Snow white pericline and pristine adularia on a piece of beautiful natural matrix! It is a wonderful specimen indeed that strikes with size, quality and composition alike! The whole specimen is in exceptionally well condition with pericline crystals reaching over 3 cm and a large adularia that's 4.2 cm in diameter! Those white crytals sit attractively on a grey matrix of chlorite and feldspar. A spectacular sight of Alpine beauty!
