This thumbnail size combination of emerald on quartz is quite unusual and shows excellent quality! The quartz is completely glassy and sharp with a nice shiny surface structure. The single 1.8 cm emerald shows vibrant color and quality and is in best condition with only some contact at the base but no actual damage! A fluorite from the Erongo Mountains with textbook aesthetics! The specimen shows a single rounded 3,1 cm fluorite on matrix. The crystal is almost round but if you look closely you can very well see individual crystal faces. On the inside the crystal is completely transparent and glassy. While it is basically colorless there are dark purple patches and structures near the surface that make for a very unique look! This beautiful crystal is set on a matrix of white microcline, green fluorites and some colorless beryl micro-crystals.
High class brazilianite from the Telirio Claim near Linópolis. It has a single 3.3 cm brazilianite set on a well shaped feldspar that is crystallized and lustrous all around. The brazilianite itself is completely flawless, perfectly shaped and shows fresh and open green color! It is gemmy and lustrous and contrasts with the simple white matrix. It is amazing how freely the brazilianite is visible from the front. Not only is it prominently situated but it also appears as if the crystal was flowing over the edge. Superb aesthetics and marvelous quality!
Very unusual and beautiful “faden”-quartz from Tole that is a real jewel in person! It’s a floater specimen in perfect condition all around and with a prominent main crystal. This main crystal is 4.6 cm long, sharply designed, glassy, lustrous and with a distinct “faden” from bottom to top!
This Goboboseb amethyst specimen has a striking presence due to its 15.7 cm of brilliant quality quartz! It has two completely perfect and sharp crystals on a quartz and calcite covered rock matrix. The quality is quite amazing! Both crystals are glassy and highly lustrous. There are some milky zones, especially at the larger crystals, but those are nicely mixed with the purple clouds and completely transparent parts. Very attractive, dominant and of best quality and condition!
This is a unique and brilliant tsavorite with exceptionally fine crystals from the Merelani Hills! The main tsavorite is 1.2 cm long, gemmy, lustrous and very sharp. The emerald green color is strikingly intense and open at normal daylight. This gemmy green color stands in contrast to the metallic black graphite matrix. Right below the main tsavorite is a single blue 9 mm long apatite crystal which is a rare combination. Fun fact: If you visit the Wikipedia entry for “tsavorite” you see a picture of this very specimen!
A high quality topaz of 3.5 cm length, set on a matrix of grey rock with white feldspar that strongly emphasizes the orange crystal! The tozaz has amazing color and is totally gemmy! The surface is lustrous and the termination nicely developed and perfect! One edge at the backside is damaged and the crystal is repaired at the base but which is completely invisible. The rest is just amazing quality and stunning crystal architecture on a nice cabinet size specimen!
