Very dark brown color and a dominant massy main crystal define this excellent specimen! That main crystal is 3.5 cm thick, sharp and highly lustrous. The backside is a crystallized contact where the piece detached from the rock. Apart from that contact the piece is in superb condition and super-attractive in person!

The combination of sharp epidote crystals with silvery blueish byssolite is rather characteristic for the historic mineral locale Knappenwand and it's just amazingly beautiful in person!
A group of dark brown epidote crystals is nicely embedded in byssolite like rocks on the mountains are surrounded by soft grass. The main epidote has visible 2 x 1.1 cm, is sharp, lustrous and gemmy as soon as you add some backlight! While the whole piece has a more chaotic appearance there is no damage but only stacked crystals with re-crystallized contacts. A charming specimen of best quality for the admirer of unique natral mineral specimens with distinct natural appearance!

The cactus-quartz from Boekenhoutshoek are classics from over 20 years ago that stand out for their unusual shape and intensive color. The prismatic amethysts are overgrown by a second generation of short pointed crystals which generates the unique catcus-look. While most specimens from this site are rather pale, it is amazing to see how deep and strong the purple color can become in this specimen! Superb luster and a very attractive aesthetics make this a terrific specimen in best condition!

One massy, lustrous pyrite crystal ist the base for this specimen of extraordinarily nice combination and composition. Grown on this pyrite base are several beautifully modified galena crystals of brilliant quality capped in a crown of white fluorite. As you can very well see in our video, this is a 3-dimensional piece of sparkling luster. While the backside is contacted there is no actual damage to be found here. A superb piece of exceptional aesthetics!

Milpillas, one of the worlds finest sources for high class azurite specimens! This is a rather large single crystal, sharp like an arrow head, lustrous and blue. Accompanied by a smaller side-crystal it sits on a white contrasting matrix. Shape, size and quality of this crystal are nothing short of dramatic, with only minor abrasions but no damage in sight. A wonderful piece of great outline thats highly appealing in person!

Hübnerite from Peru are without question the worlds best! This stunningly beautiful specimen is agreat example for the fantastic quality the Muno Nuevo Mine produced in the recent past. Large metallic black crystals with up to 1.8 cm broad wedge shaped terminations are distributed across a rich bed of sparkling white prismatic quartz. The contrast could not be better and perfectly emphasized the single hübnerite crystals.The condition is near-perfect, some broken hübnerite are completely re-healed. An overall impressive and just marvelous specimen of world-class hübnerite on quartz!

Brilliant colorless quartz in a lovely three-dimensional arrangement! The quality of the quartz crystals is amazingly good: Glassy crystals with superb luster and sharp architecture!
As a floater this specimen is crystallized from top to bottom and in very good condition. The smaller of the two main crystals has an abrasion at the tip and there is one damaged at an insignificant bottom-crystal. The rest is perfect and brilliant.
It's a highly attractive and sparkling specimen in sweeping shape!

An exceptionally attractive cabinet piece of rich green fluorite on quartz matrix! The cubical fluorites are grown over two round bulges which is better visible in our video. The green crystals are of great quality, glassy and lustrous with the intensive color that is characteristic for the locale. In between the fluorite there is some galena, developed as rock-grey octahedrons. This whole composition is definitely an eye-catcher of great size and quality!

The aesthetics of this bow-tie type epidote specimen is quite exceptional and represents the best from this unique find at the Ras Koh Mountains! Most pyrite crystals from this region are simple in architecture and mostly rather small in size. This cuboctahedral single crystal on the other hand shows strikingly vivid details, almost like the rosette of an iron rose in combination with the structure of stacked galena cubes. The metallic dark brown surface is lustrous, sharp and flawless. On the bottom side, where the pyrite is crystallized as well, it is overgrown with tightly packed books of muscovite. Further to the specimens left you can find a group of white calcite which adds contrast and even more structure to this fine specimen! With a crystal size of 2 cm this is for sure an outstanding Alpine rarity!

As a complete floater that is free of any damage this is a formidable group of liddicoatite! Three main crystals of similar size are attached next to each other to form this compact and massive shape. A smaller crystal at the front and one at the backside are evenly perfect and add some more flavor to the 3-dimensional arrangement. I have to admit, the tourmalines need rather much backlight but when provided with that you can see nice green and - towards the terminations - strawberry red colors! The terminations show complex design and are associated with some londonite around the backside. A dominant specimen for this rare tourmaline variant!
