A single quartz crystal with a smoky tinge stands out from a naturally crystallized rock matrix of ideal proportion. The quartz is transparent and highly lustrous and in very good condition. The termination reveals a classic Dauphiné Habit, very well developed and apart from minimal abrasions it's all complete. An elegant specimen with textbook composition!

A new find near the city of Hyderabad has recently produced a number of amazing phantom quartz specimens. This one is an aesthetic group with a dominant main qaurtz and a group of accompanying side crystals. The whole specimen is in very good condition and with distinctive and beautiful hematite phantoms in each and every one of the glassy quartz crystals! There are minimal abrasions present but hardly anything noteworthy. Even the bottom is fully re-crystallized and well! It's certainly one of the better ones we have seen from that amazing find!

A brilliant and intensive smoky quartz from Feldschijen glacier. With a dramatic size of 15.5 cm it has a serious showcase presence!
Most striking however is the absolutely stunning crystal quality!
Best brilliant luster, perfect transparency, super sharp crystals and a dark warm brown color that is really just wonderful and exceptional!
In our video you can see how amazingly sparkling this whole piece is. The main crystal has 4.4 cm in length which is not huge but large enough to stand out and act as a visual anchor at the center of this splendid specimen!

The glassy clarity of this gwindel is phenomenal and very good visible on the attached video. While smoky gwindels are much more common in Switzerland, it is very hard to find any quartz gwindels without the smoky color. This is a beautiful specimen flawless all around!

This 3-dimensional cluster of adularia catches the eye to the greatest part because of that one, brilliantly lustrous and clear crystal at the very top of the piece. Very appealing! One charming little detail is to be found below this meant crystal: Small but perfectly gemmy and lustrous apatite crystals! This combination, as well as the typical Alpine character are truly attractive for any collector of beautiful minerals.

This mesmerizing cluster of cubical pink fluorite shows just impossibly good luster and clarity! Fantastically composed it opens a window to the lovely inside of this specimen that is structured with black bitumen. Seldomly have i seen a piece of such fabulous brightness! A smaller part of the backside is contacted but most of it is nicely crystallized as well and continues the sparkling quality the main view offers. A sublime piece of mineralogy and better in person!

The single amazonite crystal of just staggering size, sharpness and with rather intensive water-blue color concurrently acts as the main attraction of this specimen and as a contrasting matrix for a group of single isolated, parallel orientated smoky quartz crystals. There is some edgewear present but except for some peripheral issues there is no damage and all crystals are entire. Most special about this specimen surely is the color, which is more than rare at Mt. Malosa, where usually orthoclase or microcline with very faint color is found. Very exceptional and definitely impressive!

The dramatic size of this single augelite crystal is just outstanding! It comes with a deep but still refreshing green color, is lustrous and aside of some contacted zones in perfect condition. Clusters of glassy quartz needles, among them japanese twins(!), are a lovely addition (if not the completion) of this great piece. Prismatic terminated anglesite crystals of lemon-yellow color on a attractive vug-like matrix, accompanied by colorless cerussite needles. The anglesite is perfectly gemmy, lustrous and totally flawless. Even the bottom is contacted but not broken. This piece of lead-minerals on a metallic galena matrix lies heavily in hands and leaves a pleasent impact. A rare piece of outstanding crystal quality and superb aesthetics! Distinctly 3-dimensional, sculpturally composed and in very good condition this is a unusual and striking piece. Like blossoms the larger quartz crystals are encompassed by a second generation of smaller side-crystals. Some accessory hematite adds a nice contrast to the otherwise white or limpid specimen.
