Two brilliant quartz crystals are emerging from a piece of matrix like rabbit ears - no, I don't mean the famous blue cap tourmaline but the actual animal. Both crystals are completely flawless, water-clear and extremely lustrous on all sides. Sitting on a nice piece of grey matrix the crystals are accompanied by smaller quartz and some mica here and there. The great outline and incredible crystal quality instantly catch the eye making this a great choise of a fine Val Bedretto specimen!

Color and brilliance of this small specimen are just remarkable and charming in person. The amethyst head of this sceptre sits on a smoky quartz stem which is a rare thing to find on the market. All faces are lustrous around the glassy crystal. Apart from some contacts there is nothing to worry about at this piece. No chips, no abrasions, no breaks. Only a unusually fine amethyst/smoky quartz sceptre, found around eight years ago at the Reißeck group in Carinthia which produced some very nice combinations of similar character.

A classic amethyst specimen from Mörchnerkar that very distinctly shows the characteristic "windows", pretty sceletal pyramidal faces that leave the sharp edges intact. The lower parts of this specimen are opaque and white only to gain more and more in clarity and color the further up you look. Especially the termination shows lovely purple color. Mostly the condition is fine with no major damage but there is some edge-wear present. Also the backside is intact and crystallized with only some contact at the bottom. A nice and characteristic amethyst specimen from this important locale!

Val Malenco in Italy is the classic locality for demantoides in the world. It produced a lot of good specimens in the past. However, today it has become very difficult to find anys on the market, as all disappeared over the years. This is a remarkable specimen with many crystals of high quality on it. The color is bright green with a hint of yellow, depenidng on the light. It is in a very good condition and free of damage!

This massy liddicoatite is a truly spectacular specimen. As a perfect floater it has no flaws worth mentioning. But not just are color and shape an exceptional experience but also the combination with many side-crystals and crusts of white matrix scattered across the side faces of the main crystal. Due to its thickness the tourmaline is quite dark needing direct illumination to show its full colors. But still, even at normal ambient light it has a beautiful green and red shimmer to it. An absolutely fantastic specimen of liddicoatite from Madagascar! Well terminated also at the bottom side!

A striking combination of limpid colorless quartz on matrix, accompanied by several large and thick hematite plates, jeweled with bright red rutile crystals. This piece is all aesthetic and of high quality. The hematite is up to 2.4 cm in diameter and staggering 0.4 cm thick, holds great metallic luster and sharp, chisel-like edges. A great combination piece, crystallized all around, though contacted at the bottom, free of any fresh damage. Very 3-dimensional and highly attractive!

This gwindel unites incredible luster and gemminess in a piece of remarkable shape: The thin gwindel has an extraordinary twist, is nearly closed at one side and distinctly serrated at the opposite. At the bottom and the backside there are some contacts present but aside of that this specimen is perfect and flawless. Impressively beautiful and mineralogically outstanding, this gwindle is superb in every possible way!

A massive specimen of mindblowing quality and aesthetics! The many smoky quartz crystals show the very dark, red-brown color that is characteristic for Val Giuv specimens. All crystals are clear, lustrous and in great condition. Between thos amazing smoky quartz there is snow-white adularia present, nicely structured, filigree and of high translucent to transparent quality. The contrast between dark quartz and white adularia is truly staggering - and extremely hard to photograph! Aside some peripheral dings there is no considerable damage on this fantastically aesthetic specimen. A real eye-catcher in person!

This is an outstanding titanite specimen of unusually fine apple green color that is perfectly well defined and simply large. The crystal is 3.9 cm long and 0.85 cm thick with twinned growth! While the surface is mostly frosted, there are some lustrous parts as well that provide a good look into the translucent to transparent crystal body. The crystal horizontally lies across a smaller side crystal which makes for real textbook aesthetics and presents the main titanite as a 360° perfectly developed show piece! Absolutely remarkable and exceedingly rare in quality, color and appearance!

Several black epidote crystals are appealingly arranged on a sparkling epidote-byssolite matrix of just the right proportion. The crystals are of best quality and completely flawless. At direct light they show - depending on the light-angle - gemmy brown to green color. The longer crystal to the left is well over 4 centimeters long and 0.8 centimeters thick. Besides the high quality of the epidote I especially love the arrangement that provides for a beautiful outline for the photos and a 3-dimensional charm in person! A real highlight from the famed Knappenwand!

A rubellite with great color and luster, very nice overgrown by lepidolite! This piece comes from an old find at the cruzeiro mine and only a very few pieces have such a good quality! Beautiful in person!
