Magnificent yellow brucite spheres sit on a greenish blue amazonite matrix, which is extremely rare and particularly impressive! The brucite is perfectly formed all around, wonderfully shiny and it shows the best, intense yellow color you could wish for! It sits on a naturally broken piece of Amazonite, creating an exceptionally beautiful color contrast!

Quality and aesthetics of this tourmaline are absolutely stunning! It is a combination of two exceptionally brilliant and colorful crystals. Both crystals have a distinctive color shift from pink at the bottom to green and blue in varying intensity and a strong golden yellow at the pyramidal terminations.
The quality is truly amazing as well. Super gemmy, highly lustrous and with only few internal cracks. The tourmalines are repaired twice with minimal gap-fills. Apart from that the condition is superb. I can confidently say that this tourmaline is even better in person than on the picture or video!

This fluorite crystal on muscovite is really quite the jewel. It is completely glassy with a lovely surface structure and it shows no damage whatsoever. What you see immediately is the bi-color character of green interior and pink zones towards the surface which is immensely beautiful in person. This 4.3 cm crystal is set on a nice bed of silvery muscovite which is of course characteristic for the locale, but also highly aesthetic. The right side is missing some muscovite on the back but even here the fluorite is perfectly crystallised. Definitely a fluorite specimen of stunning quality and beauty!

This beautifully aesthetic specimen features a single gemmy titanite that is over 3 cm long and shows the most beautiful surface structure you could possibly wish for! Given some light from the back the crystal shines with a bright and amazing yellowish green color through and through. It is a sharp twin-crystal of stunning quality!
The termination is a bit rougth with abrasions but this fortunately is only visible from the back. The front is virtually flawless. The titanite is grown on a small piece of rock matrix that is covered in titanite and feldspar micro-crystals and provides a beautiful base for this amazing crystal.

This specimen is composed of countless rubellite crystals that completely cover a piece of matrix. The crystals vary in size, but all have complex terminations, creating a vividly sparkling landscape. If you turn the piece a little in the light, you can see a play of colors of raspberry red with partly golden yellow zones. A rich and attractive specimen in person!

This lovely tourmaline specimen features a dominant main crystal and a much smaller side-crystals, held together by a cluster of white cleavelandite with some mica. The tourmalines are dark but with a blue cap that is surprisingly open in color and gemmy. The terminations are somewhat irregular and frosted but totally flawless with not the slightest abrasion. Also the cleavelandite cluster is stunningly well crystallized and undamaged. I love the aesthetics of the two tourmalines leaning towards each other!

A single fluorite cuboctahedron of excellent quality sitting on a fine yellowish muscovite matrix. The fluorite is glassy, highly lustrous and shows a fascinating play of colours. The main colour is green, but there are purple zones at the edges. Deep inside sits a sharply delineated phantom that shows its deep red color when lit up in direct light! Truly a first-class crystal!
On its back, it is fused with a second crystal. This has a cleavage, but which can only be seen from behind. A remarkable specimen with a fluorite that has even more intensity and vibrancy in real life!

We recently got a very nice lot of stunning rubellites from a new find in Pyingyi Taung. One of the specimens is this lovely and color intensive one that features a rich number of brilliant red tourmaline crystals on a contrasting black matrix. The tourmalines are all short prismatic and with a complex termination that makes it appear like sparkling garnet crystals of different sizes. The single largest crystal has a diameter of a good 1.5 cm. The overall condition here is very good with some abrasions here and there but nothing serious. What is most striking is surely the excellent crystal quality and the stunning cherry red color!
