An especially lovely piece of epidote from the famous Knappenwand that is absolutely flawless despite its incredibly fragile structure of thin, glassy crystals. This piece is a floater and a really excellent one indeed! The video shows more of the brilliant quality and the almost magical composition.
It's basically two glassy quartz crystals that protrude in opposite directions. The base of those two main crystals is a cluster of smaller quartz but which are crystallized all around so that this is even a floater specimen. Very nice in person, undamaged and from an uncommon locale in South Tyrol!

The main titanite on this brilliant little piece is 1.7 cm long, glassy, lustrous and just perfect! It is associated with several smaller side-crystals, set on a nice piece of matrix that itself is covered in adularia microcrystals. Our video shows the attractive 3-dimensional architecture of this wonderful and beautiful miniature!
An utterly beautiful and aesthetic quartz specimen of best quality! The main quartz crystal is glassy, perfect and superbly lustrous! At the lower parts there are some green chlorite inclusions which adds a very nice color effect! At the crystals base is a cluster of smaller side crystals and cream-colored pericline. The overall aesthetics of this specimen is just marvelous, the quality is striking!
A very nice, compact apatite crystal that shows best shiny luster on all sides! The inside is partly obscured by some cracks and inclusions but nice and gemmy at some patches. The specimen is without damage and shows a complete hexagonal crystal that is perched on a smaller apatite.
We have seen larger, we have seen more dominant. But this little specimen is absolutely gorgeous and lovely and shows a quality that is almost impossible to find! Several sceptre amethyst crystals are arranged next to each other to form a nice jagged outline. The crystal size ranges from several tiny millimeters to a little over two visible centimeters at the larger amethysts. The largest crystal at the left is actually 4.2 cm long as it continues down to the very bottom of the specimen which you can see in our video. All crystals are glassy, almost watery and highly lustrous all around! The tips show nice purple color that is rather strong for this small sized quartz crystals. Around the amethyst there is some rusty limonite and even some fine needles of rutile which round out the piece. Very unusual and totally lovely in person!
Fully loaded with glassy smoky quartz crystals this plate enchantingly sparkles in proper showcase light! All crystals are flawless and highly lustrous. The color varies a little where larger crystals generally show a darker brown, smaller ones are almost colorless. Like hidden in plain sight is a rather large gwindel(!) at the center of the piece but wich is 90° rotated and thus exposing its pointed side. A brilliant discovery!
Best crystal quality and great outline are combined on this masterly smoky quartz specimen. Have a look on our video which stunningly displays the incredible luster on all sides!
A rare and highly aesthetic paragenesis of dominant cubical pyrite, glassy colorless quartz and silvery arsenopyrite on a nice and beautiful orange matrix! Alpine pyrite is a rare thing to find, especially in such well arranged composition. The crystals are virtually perfect and complete all around. Sure, the pyrite is not as golden as Peruvian specimens but a comparison would be foolish anyway. This is Alpine and for that it's spectacular indeed!
Sharp, glassy and with hundreds and hundreds of mirroring faces this specimen appeares as an ivory tower of pristine quality! The piece is crystallized all over with some limonite covering the sharp bottom termination. The tip is a scepter that is completely gemmy with best luster and not the slightest chip. A rare beauty of unique shape, flawless crystallization and absolutely best quality!
A perfect floater of stacked green fluorite cubes that shows exceptionally good luster! The 3-dimensional shape is composed of countless transparent fluorites, grown upon each other. At the bottom you can see where the piece detached from the matrix but it's all crystallized and covered with some yellowish crust. The whole thing is without damage. A distinctly 3-dimensional specimen from this classic locale!
The aesthetics of this little beauty is just perfect and gorgeous! The single titanite crystal is set on a well proportioned piece of white calcite with some chlorite around the base. This exceptional composition makes this a lovely thumbnail with no damage whatsoever!
