The well defined, gemmy, lustrous zircon crystal with golden amber color is set on a white calcite matrix. The single crystal is very well emphasized against the contrasting matrix which is actually quite uncommon for this rare mineral. The crystal gets even more intense at direct downlight which easily brings out the wonderfully appealing color! A beautiful crystal in very best condition!
A characteristic combination of cubical pyrite on a heavy quartz/pyrite matrix. The shiny golden crystals are interlocked and set atop the matrix. They show nice surface striations and luster and are of strong golden color. In between you can find smaller sphalerite crystals. At closer inspection you will find some smaller damage, most of which however is on the backside. Our video draws a realistic picture of this nice specimen!
While dealing in minerals we can see many new specimens arriving, many of which are beautiful and aesthetic.
But when it comes to sheer quality and crystal architecture I have rarely seen anything like this aquamarine from Shigar Valley!
It is an absolutely gorgeous single crystal aquamarine that is completely gemmy with uttermost brilliance!
Most striking however is the breathtaking sharp and complex “diamond cut” termination which is extremely rare, especially as it is highly lustrous and brilliant as well!
Have a look on our video which grants a wonderful look on the multi-faceted polyhedral termination and the fantastic light-reflecting luster!
The aquamarine is in flawless condition, super gemmy and has intensive blue color!
What a beautiful specimen of galena! The crystals have a size up to 3.5cm and are very lustrous. The calcites at the bottom give the piece a very good contrast and a great aesthetics. All the crystals are in a very good condition and without any damage of influence. It is very 3-dimensional in person!
A flash of pure aesthetics! Like a black sun with golden beams this fantastic specimen is more than just impressive. The massive core of hematite radiates fragile rutile needles to all sides in typical 60° agles. This piece is out of a smaller find from two years ago. Only few specimens arrive at the market these last years, so we are happy to present such a masterpiece. The whole piece is perfect all around and simply beautiful. Very dominant on a showcase shelf, it appears to be on fire as it is highly sparkling all around. An outstandingly brilliant piece of Brazilian rutile! Please note: Due to its fragility hand delivery is a must at this specimen. Please contact us, so we can arrange a meeting!
Three large, pale green fluorite cubes with elegantly modified edges are perched on a contrasting white matrix that is in fact a massive plate of octahedral fluorite, coved in calcite, which adds a nice winter-landscape-look. The crystals are completely transparent with smooth, lustrous surfaces that allow a look straight down to the matrix. A piece of great aesthetics that is largely free of damage, save for some peripheral issues where it was worked out of the pocket. A very charming piece of good cabinet size.
Pollucite is a rare silicate in the zeolite group that was first discovered in Tuscany, Italy. The worlds best crystals however were found in the Pakistani Skardu area.
This pollucite is very well defined and a complete, virtually perfect floater! It's a translucent white crystal with attached smaller crystals at the lower front.
This lovely miniature of demantoid, the green variety of andradite, is from the famous finds Antetezambato Demantoid-Topazolite Mine that produced a number of top rated specimens for the species! As a floater this one is nicely crystallized all around but the most dominant crystals are for sure at the front with a main crystal reaching 1.1 cm in diameter. The garnet is all gemmy with distinct green color. There are some contacts around the lower end but aside of that the piece is in very best condition!
A beautiful near-perfect doubly terminated quartz crystal of best quality! It shows brilliant luster on all sides, a beautiful structure and some nice inclusions that make this piece even more interesting. While you see a pointed termination at the top the bottom is much more irregular but completely crystallized all the same. This is a highly appealing quartz specimen from the uncommon locale Greina Pass as you can very well see in our video!
Two interlocked lustrous iron rose aggreagates are set on a three-dimensional silvery mica matrix. Both are in marvelous condition and very detailed on all sides. On the backside there is another, smaller hematite with tiny rutile needles atop. It's a lovely specimen all over that shows best quality and a very nice aesthetics!
An impressive 17.8 cm kunzite of great translucent quality that shows no damage anywhere. Even the bottom is completely re-crystallized. The crystals pink color is especially concentrated along its c-axis, meaning that an illumination from the bottom brings out the vivid candy-pink this mineral is famous for. Attached to the side face you find a dark red tantalite-(Mn) around 1.7 cm across. The overall quality of this specimen is good yet not great but size, color and condition make up for a lot here!
Specimen quality epidote from this region is extremely rare so I considered myself lucky when I layed hands on this fine and highly aesthetic piece! One elongated crystal of dark epidote with bright luster and very sharp design stands out from an epidote-rich matrix of very good proportion. At direct backlight the crystal shows to be completely gemmy with stunning colors. Light from the back reveals a warm red-brown color while the light from the side brings out an intensive emerald-green! Absolutely stunning in person and in best condition!
