Unlike the more common acicular crystals of chalcanthite, this specimen features a single sharply terminated and gemmy crystal of deep blue color on matrix. The chalcanthite is 5 mm across and well emphasized by its strong, piercing blue color. Small but unusually well shaped!

Size: 5.1 x 3.6 x 0.8 cm

Cuprian adamite is the intensively green, copper containing variety of adamite and is a classic for the region of Lavrion. This is a thin limonate matrix covered in pale green microcystals on both sides. Among this generation of crystals are larger adamite aggregates of much more intensive color and better clarity. A lovely piece of good quality for this relatively rare mineral!

The red and orange coloring of ripe apples draws the eye to this superb vanadinite specimen. The crystals on this floater are of highest quality, sharp-edged, brightly colored and with brilliant luster. Nested on a baryte-matrix, this piece shows lovely aesthetics without any downsides. Shortly put, this piece is stunningly beautiful!

FA292 - Fluorite - 850€
Okorusu Mine, Otjiwarongo District, Otjozondjupa Region, Namibia
Size: 10.8 x 7.9 x 4.5 cm

Large cuboctahedral fluorite crystals of fantastically bright green color and great luster are stacked upon each other to shape this brilliant piece. The periphery is contacted but not broken or otherwise damaged. Okorusu fluorite is nealry always crystallized as straight cubes, which makes this combination shape of cube and octahedron most unusual and rare. Still, what most dramatically impresses at this piece is the rich emerald green color that glows inside this specimen. Sure, it needs some direct backlight, but when provided this is a real stunner!

While Austria is known for its world class epidote it is extremely diffcult to find epidote from Switzerland. And if you ever do they are usually small or ugly or both. This specimen is actually one of the very best ones I have ever seen. Not only is the epidote unusually large and well crystallized but also is the overall aesthetic of the specimen just stunning and exceptional! The epidote is 3.8 cm long, flawless, mostly transparent and with a characteristic mossy green color. It is prominently set on a group of colorless glassy quartz that is equally perfect. The whole specimen is like a sculpture and very 3-dimensional, as you can see in our video!

RK78 - Uvarovite - 2700€

A downright European classic from this old location in Finland! This one single, 1.7 cm crystal perfectly rests on a beautiful matrix and catches the eye of the viewer. It's almost impossible to obtain these specimens nowadays if you are not lucky enough to lay hands on an old collection. Its perfect composition and the sheer size of the crystal are what make this piece unique. Wonderful and mysterious alike!

FA46 - Anatase - 3700€
Hardangervidda, Hordaland, Norway

This breathtaking anatase crystal is 2 cm large and a real stunner!Aside of one insignificant very tiny chip, this crystal is just brilliant and in great condition. The flat-topped crystal nicely sits on a beautiful matrix of grey rock with crystallized white feldspar and brown accents of iron oxide. As digging in Hardangervidda is prohibited today, good pieces from this region are getting more and more rare at the market. Luckily we were able to lay hands on this fantastic piece of spectacular size and quality!

A jagged cluster of white calcite holds a number of grey to copper colored bornite, grown all over the ridge. The calcite itself is set on a pretty sheet of quartz covered matrix. Much better in person due to its classic and 3-dimensional feel!

This fluorite is very glassy in person, what is not very good visible on the pictures. The luster is beautiful and the edges of the crystal have a length of 2,1cm. It is perfect all around and also well crystalized at the back. Over all this is a marvelous specimen in a great condition and I was very happy to get such a good piece.

This mushroom-shaped specimen is a fine example for the rare element of bismuth. Sharply crystallized all over the whole specimen with a bright lustrous surface, it is truly an appealing piece to look at. At closer view the surface shows a nice patina of red and blue which makes it very much alive. The crystals are 3-dimensionally composed and in perfect condition all over. An outstandingly fine specimen of the classic mineral from Germany!

PB116 - Pyrite - 300€
Racracancha mine, Tinyahuarco district, Pasco Province, Peru
Size: 10.1 x 8.1 x 5.1 cm

A group of cubical pyrite crystals the largest of which is over 4 cm on edge from the now abandoned Racracancha mine. All crystals have a shiny golden color and nice striations on all sides as is characteristic for the finds that all occured in the last 10 years. The backside is completely contacted but the front is near perfect with just a couple of minimal abrasions. A rather rare specimen of great quality and nice visual impact!
