However you turn this piece there are all just perfectly well and sharp crystallizations, complex structures and beautiful details! The quartz is colorless and glassy with sparkling surfaces on countless protruding sceptre heads. Pristine quality is paired with unique shape!
Atop this snow white quartz matrix naturally grows some bright yellow gold like moss on a dry rock. Typical for the locale this specimen shows best quality and a striking contrast! While the quartz physically outweighs the gold on this specimen it is also the perfect base that much emphasizes this precious metal and leads the view to its fine crystallization. A just lovely specimen with no damage or any other downsides!
A characteristic Rauris specimen of superb quality and attractive composition. The quartz is water-clear and shows best wet-look luster on all sides. The termination is typical Tessin habit with only minimal wear. At the lower parts it is accompanied by white pericline, grey-green chlorite and orange-red iron oxide to add some color. Very attractive in person and without any damage!
With unusually complex design and superb crystal quality this amethyst specimen is a beauty that needs a closer look to reveal all its fantastic details! The top is devided into several terminations of amethyst and smoky quartz, all very much lustrous and glassy. Further down the quartz grows more compact but still strikes with rich details and exquisite quality! On the lower backside you can see the imprint of a detached prismatic quartz which is very nice and well re-crystallized. The overall condition of this amethyst/smoky quartz structure is near-perfect. The backside is contacted but not damaged and there is only very minimal edge-wear. A brilliant specimen of utterly unique architecture and high quality!
Rather massive, perfectly developed, glassy and with a lovely purple tinge! This is an outstanding apatite specimen from the Austrian Alps that shows no damage at all. Even the bottom is re-crystallized and not damaged. This sure is an important piece for the locale due to its size and quality. Some small white adularia sticks to the side of the apatite, associated with some muscovite. Nice and classy but totally exceptional and rare with no downsides!
A true masterpiece of just perfect composition and outstanding quality! The dramatic "V"-shape of the (not repaired!) epidote crystals in combination with snow-white albite for contrast is simply amazing. Pure textbook aesthetics! There is one small contact at the left crystal - that thin part that surmounts the thicker crystal right where the small white albite sits. Top aesthetic pieces of good size in combination with white albite are "super rare"! Therefore and because of their sheer beauty these are among the highest and most desirable goals we are looking for from the famous Knappenwand. This epidote is a perfect signboard to representing this category.

Gemmy green dioptase crystals, sparkling on a bed of white calcite! Bright luster and lovely, very detailed development are trademarks of this fine Monte Prosa hematite! The hematite shows brilliant rosettes on front and backside of mirroring metallic quality! The whole thing is without damage and sits on an amorphous white quartz piece, complete and without breaks. While the outline of this heamtite looks sharp from the front, the side-view surprises with rich catchy details!
There is no damage to speak of. One or two hard to identify micro-chips are trivial on a superb specimen of such extravagant beauty and quality! This is a true marvel of an Alpine "iron rose"!
This excellent topaz is from the unique find at Fazenda do Centro. It is completely gemmy and lustrous and shows a sweeping etched shape all around! There is minimal damage present but which is hardly visible at all because of the incredibly rich play of sparkling surfaces on all sides. The beautiful shape, the outstanding quality and overall very good condition make this a brillinat specimen from this spectacular one-time find!

This sparkling little specimen is a real eye-candy! Sharp and lustrous titanite on a matrix of pristine white pericline and smaller titanite side-crystals! The largest crystals are one doubly terminated, gemmy titanite with 1.6 cm in length and a sharply protruding and equally gemmy one that has 1.3 cm. Also the backside of the specimen is largely crystallized and in best condition. Absolutely gorgeous in person!
