It's a gorgeous exemplar of bright golden quartz in best condition and magnificent aesthetics! The 3.5 cm thick main crystal prominently protrudes from a composition of smaller side-crystals. All quartz crystals are glassy, sharp, lustrous and of intensive golden color that originates from a thin coating of iron oxide that fades towards the terminations. The main crystal has a small amount of chloritization at the termination but not much and not distracting. The color is surely the most unusual feature of this specimen but high quality, textbook composition and near perfect condition are really elevating it to a piece of art!

Etched fluorite of this unique shape are special for Elmwood and very rare to find! As a remnant of the original cubic shape this piece has still a regular corner at the bottom. The rest however is completely etched to leave this fabulous arrow head shape! The whole piece is without damage and shows a nice frosted surface on all sides. Below this surface is a limpid interior that has a slight purple color to it. Some white baryte rounds out the picture. Very attractive in person and a unusual find!

This fluorite from the important "Eiskluft" shows quite the unusual aesthetics. The cubical fluorites are arranged as a distinctive spatial pocket, completely clad in sharp, lustrous and glassy purple crystals. The periphery of that pocket is contacted but has no damage. The fluorite aggregate is elevated on some matrix which makes it even more attractive from the aesthetical approach!

This brilliant fluorite specimen from Weisseck is in absolutely best condition all around! The specimen is an elegant sculpture composed of stacked purple fluorite cubes up to 1.5 cm on edge. The fluorites show intensive purple color at the core with colorless zones towards the surface which makes it easier for the light to enter and let the piece shine! The surface is highly lustrous which is a rare thing for Weisseck fluorites as most of them are dull from humic acid etchings. This piece on the other hand was found at the permafrost soil and kept its superb luster! Here and there you can find some orange calcite crystals attached to the fluorite which adds some more color and diversity. This "Fensterquartz" is absolutely wonderful and vibrant in person! Fantastic luster, glassy interior and a sweeping composition of interlocked crystals. It is a complete floater with terminations on bottom and top. The quartz shows very good quality with a glassy interior and lustrous faces all around. Some iron oxide here and there adds orange color to the otherwise colorless quartz specimen. Very three-dimensional and of beautiful quality!

Adularia is one of the more uncommon species found in the Rauris valley yet some very nice pieces are known. Here you can see sharp interlocked white crystals with nice luster on a contrasting grey calcite matrix. Very aesthetic and in best condition!

This is an extremely nice and sculpturesque exemplar of Alpine pericline that is composed of lustrous off-white crystals, towering upon each other and held together by some silery mica-schist and rusty brown limonite on the backside. The overall aesthetics is very intriguing and elegant, condition is outstanding!

In the early 1990s this locale yielded a number of significant titanite specimens of beautiful quality. Since then however no new material is appearing and whatever is on the market is highly coveted.
This is a matrix specimen with a rich number of lustrous green titanites up to about 1 cm in size. The crystals are distributed over a surface of sparkling white adularia micro-crystals, accompanied by a single 7 mm adularia in the center.
The specimen has nice classic aesthetics, sharp crystals and no damage anywhere!

High class brazilianite from the Telirio Claim near Linópolis. It has a single 3.3 cm brazilianite set on a well shaped feldspar that is crystallized and lustrous all around. The brazilianite itself is completely flawless, perfectly shaped and shows fresh and open green color! It is gemmy and lustrous and contrasts with the simple white matrix. It is amazing how freely the brazilianite is visible from the front. Not only is it prominently situated but it also appears as if the crystal was flowing over the edge. Superb aesthetics and marvelous quality!

This amethyst shows superb aesthetics and very intensive dark purple color! I totally love the “V”-shaped composition of brilliant amethyst crystals on a white, quartz covered matrix! The up to 8.5 cm long crystals are sharp, gemmy, highly lustrous and largely flawless with only very minimal abrasions. The intensive purple color transitions into milky white towards the pointed terminations as is typical for the region in Mexico and very attractive in person!

Mottramite can only be found in few sites worldwide with Tsumeb being the most important. Needless to say, the combination of mottramite on dioptase on calcite is extremely rare and hard to find! The individual dioptase crystals on this specimen reach up to 7 mm and are at some parts heavily encrusted with botryoidal green mottramite. There are peripheral contacts but the main section is fully intact!

Sharp and mirroring hematite on quartz and with fire-red rutile on it! The hematite is of spectacular quality and virtually flawless. It is richly studded with rutile which is characteristic for the locale and highly appealing! At the base there is some transparent quartz and some fledspar wich rounds out the overall gorgeous aesthetics!
