This little scepter quartz is absolutely gorgeous in person! The comparably large head has a smoky tinge to it and is completely glassy with wet-look luster on all sides. The tip is somewhat irregular grown and perfectly crystallised. A lovely little piece of marvelous quality!
It's a cluster of superb lead-grey cube-octahedra galena crystals covered in hundreds and hundreds of tiny sphalerite crystals on all parts of the surface! Especially the front view is very attractive, a construct of distinctive intergrown crystals. The backside is all sphalerite. Here you can see some minor damage but the front is complete and perfect.
The attractive honey-yellow color, provided by a layer of iron oxide, makes this quartz specimen a brilliant choice for every collector of Alpine variety. It is a floater in overall good condition though admittedly not completely perfect. Excellent luster, clarity and color combine to a sparkling fireworks as you can very well see in our video.
This is an exceptionally aesthetic combination piece! It is a brilliant paragenesis of green apophyllite and skin-colored stilbite on a large transparent calcite that again sits on a greenish black matrix. This combination is exceedingly rare from Wagholi, especially in such lovely form. All crystals are sharp and gemmy with no damage anywhere. Even the backside of this specimen is crystallized and obviously not broken or trimmed. The piece comes in dramatic size and is a true stunner that surprises with contrasting colors, highest quality and a well-balanced composition!
Mimetite from Germany and of such striking quality, intense orange color and appealing aesthetics are super-rare and extremely hard to come by. The botryoidal mimetite spheres of up to 7 mm in diameter are scattered across both sides of the flat matrix piece that provides a very good contrast. The condition is mostly flawless with only some minor issues here and there but which are totally acceptable on a rare piece like this. Beautiful and highly interesting for the unusual locality.
Large and sharp crystals of rich pink manganoan calcite are intergrown to shape this rather massive specimen. The calcite is well developed all around and shows a vibrant luster. Like a ripe fruit this crystal is tempting to take a healthy bite. The whole piece is in near perfect condition with a contacted backside but no actual damage. An outstanding piece, impressive in size and color even for Dal'negorsk, most famous among all Russian mineral sources. A quick look on our video immediately shows what I am talking about!
The New Cornwall Mine near the town of Kadina in South Australia is famous for world class atacamite having produced some of the worlds finest specimens of this rare mineral!
This is an exceptional group of sharp, deep green and lustrous crystals nicely arranged in a fanning pattern. While the backside is a little overcrusted the front perfectly shows the blocky atacamite. Some contacts are present aroud the base but no damage!Absolutely stunning in size and quality!

Unlike the more common acicular crystals of chalcanthite, this specimen features a single sharply terminated and gemmy crystal of deep blue color on matrix. The chalcanthite is 5 mm across and well emphasized by its strong, piercing blue color. Small but unusually well shaped!
Cuprian adamite is the intensively green, copper containing variety of adamite and is a classic for the region of Lavrion. This is a thin limonate matrix covered in pale green microcystals on both sides. Among this generation of crystals are larger adamite aggregates of much more intensive color and better clarity. A lovely piece of good quality for this relatively rare mineral!
The quality of this phantom quartz is just amazing!
It's as if the chlorite and rock that's visible inside lies just below the surface of a steady pool of water, all quiet and mesmerizing. At some spots the chlorite breaks through the surface which makes this piece even more lively. As a floater this piece is perfect all around while the luster is admittedly less good at the backside. Some snow-white adularia adds a great visual effect to this overall just beautiful specimen of Felbertal quartz!
What a beautiful combination of apophyllite and calcite! The small crystals of apophyllite are perfectly situated on the edge of the calcite, beautiful sparkling and very gemmy. Much better in person, because it is very hard to show the high quality of the crystals on the photos!
The red and orange coloring of ripe apples draws the eye to this superb vanadinite specimen. The crystals on this floater are of highest quality, sharp-edged, brightly colored and with brilliant luster. Nested on a baryte-matrix, this piece shows lovely aesthetics without any downsides. Shortly put, this piece is stunningly beautiful!
