Strontianite from Oberdorf an der Laming are arguably the finest this species has to offer. This specimen is a convoluted construct of well shaped stubby crystals with a translucent light beige color and beautiful luster. It appears to be a floater, crystallized all around and in superb condition. The backside has small contacts but no damage at all. It's an outstanding specimen for this rare material with a sweeping three-dimensional shape and shiny, well developed crystals of substantial size.
This is a highly unusual and exceedingly rare quartz/prase sceptre combination from Serifos Island.
It features a pale pinkish quartz sceptre head that is placed atop a greenish quartz that is basically colorless but has those distinctive actinolie inclusions along the surface which adds the color.
Head and stem are divided by a thin layer of microcristalline quartz which certainly is unique.
It is a vivid and stunningly beautiful specimen from the classic local in Greece.
I love the unique aesthetics of this specimen. Comparable specimens are near impossible to find and since the location has been closed for collectors there is certainly not coming anything new.
A skeletonized heliodor of brilliant quality and extremely intense greenish-yellow color!
The quality, shape and color intensity are breathtakingly beautiful in person!
It measures 6.1 cm and is skeletonized all around with a highest luster.
The interior is completely transparent, allowing the striking color to shine even in normal daylight.
The piece is in excellent condition all around. The front is completely perfect and small imprefections on the backside are almost invisible due to the vibrant surface structure.
A stunningly beautiful beryl of unique quality and shape!
Pink fluorite from the Zinggenstock counts among the Alps most coveted species. Here we have an extremely well crystallized and 100% flawless cluster of intensive color on a grey granite matrix. The diameter of that cluster is 3.9 cm at its longest extension. The largest individual crystal has 2.3 cm on edge. If you look closely on the picture or even better in the video, you can see some purple tips which makes this fluorite even more visually stunning.
What a colorful fluorite!! This is an exceptional group of intergrown crystals with green core and purple edges. The whole specimen is very nice translucent and in very good conditions over all! Just some small contacts at the edges are visible, but also not from the front side.
Another very nice specimen of titanite. Some small edge wear is present but it is still a very good example in the lower price range.
This is a magnificent specimen of gold with extraordinary crystals and great shape. Gold from Brazil is very rare, and especially with this aesthetics and size very hard to get. It has a very special hoppered crystallization and is extremely showy from each side.
Another very special aragonite from Styria. Very hard to get nowadays in this quality and shape.
This is a stunning quarz from Diamantina, Brazil. It has a gorgeous shape, good luster and a great color. On some spots at the upper part of the crystal it shows very fine "windows", going deep into the crystal.
This is a beautiful combination of calcite and quartz, where the calcite is very well grown on the upper side of the matrix, what gives the piece a very special aesthetics. The shape of the calcite is very interesting, with many smaller crystals stacked together. It is perfect all around!
This is a well balanced matrix piece of beautiful calcites, from Bad Bleiberg. The colorless crystals are very good visible because of the much darker matrix. Over all this is the best calcite which I have ever got from this classic locale. It is free of any damage and very 3-dimensional in person, what is also very good visible on the attached video.
Another beautiful fluorite of high quality!
