Holding this piece in my hands, I find it a pity that there are so few matrix pieces of high quality tourmaline around. This specimen is a fantastic composition of several quartz crystals holding gemmy tourmalines all over and even inside. The longest tourmaline is 6.2 cm long, free of any damage or even internal cracks and of wonderful green color that gradually changes to turquoise at the tip. A superb piece of outstanding aesthetic. The quartz itself is opaque but crystallized at the bottom and overall in good condition. The tourmaline is perfect and not repaired. Absolutely amazing!

Color and brilliance of this emerald are absolutely stunning! The contrast on a perfectly black and white matrix is just spectacular and simply beautiful. There is some edgewear and contact present, true, but the general condition is fine enough, especially considering the crystal size of 1.3 cm x 1.1 cm and its high quality. Without question this is a true marvel!

Look at the size of this fantastic Zogno fluorite!
This is a complete floater, heavily etched all around yet at some areas still showing the original cubical crystal habit! The color is a combination of very light green and violet, showing very interesting zoning throughout the crystal. Some limonite inclusions add an earthy-brown color here and there though most of the fluorite is just thransparent and flawless!
One cleavage at the backside is the only issue on this heavy and relatively fragile speicmen, the rest is all complete and perfect which is absolutely remarkable in person! A stunning specimen from this important locale!

Hundreds and hundreds of cubical pyrite crystals with shiny golden luster reflect the light like a shattered mirrow! The longest dimension of this huge specimen is around 27 cm which means this specimen will never get lost in your showcase! Fascinating enough it is even crystallized at the back where you also can find some quartz. Around the periphery there is some contact but most is crystallized and fine. Sure, there are som minor abrasions here and there but on a heavy piece like this that is unavoidable. Very fine specimen of huge impact and best golden quality!

With its dramatic size and the 3 mm thick layer of shiny opal this is one of the most striking specimen from the unique 2014 find of this rare material. The striking turquoise Paraiba-color is caused by copper and catches the eye instantly. Analysis identified this mineral as the extremely rare tridymite crystobalite opal (Opal-CT). The opal is grown over a compact brown quartz matrix as you can well see on the backside. Some gaps between opal and matrix are filled with acicular turquoise crystals, possibly brochantite. All in all this is a marvelous specimen with intensive color and an appealing glossy surface. Absolutely outstanding and unique!
