This single dark smoky quartz crystal erupts from a purely white matrix of adularia like from a sparkling ice shelf. What a fabulous contrast! The whole piece is highly lustrous and in outstanding condition. The one single chip (less than one millimeter in diameter) at the termination of the quartz is negligible and not visible from the main view. Appealing aesthetics and high quality at a hand-sized specimen!

This fabulous piece of azurite on a matrix of green bayldonite is truly brilliant. The cluster of sharp crystals with fantastic luster and very deep blue coloring holds a mysterious character and an intense beauty. To better see the sparkling surface of the azurite, I strongly suggest you watch the video! Admittedly, there is a smaller damage visible at the big, 2 cm large crystal at the left side but the overall beauty, color, luster and rareness of the mineral combination more than compensate for this minor flaw. This is a fantastic piece, much better in person!

This thin, tabular quartz crystal is unusually nice and a rare piece for its uncommon shape. The vitreous crystal holds golden rutile needles inside. It is perfect all around with just one minor chip at the lower left side which is totally hidden from the front. A very special thumbnail piece from Habachtal, Austria.

A superb and distinctive Eagle's Nest specimen of very fine, flattened, dendritic crystallization that is beautiful from either side. The gold shows top color and bright luster. This impressive piece appears like a large ball of pure purple. It is in very good condition with a re-healed contact at the back. At the backside there is a natural and completely crystallized hole as you can very well see in our video. Similar to many other specimens we have seen from this locale, this fluorite is slightly etched and shows a landscape of stacked together cubical crystals. The satiated purple color is typical for Zogno and amazingly beautiful. Unusually large and of great quality!

A perfect floater specimen of colorless, heavily etched fluorite from this famous locale for fine Alpine fluorite. The crystal is to the largest parts transparent and nicely lustrous. At the center lies a distinct - yet also etched - cube, embedded in more irregular shapes and figures. Nice and appealing in person!

A single crystal smoky quartz gwindel with not the smalles chip or abrasion anywhere. The gwindel rather typical in shape with a good 20° twist. Some chloritization is present on all faces but still the crystal maintains a certain amount of luster and clarity - also the interior is free of inclusions or cracks. The bottom, where it detached from the matrix, is re-crystallized and perfect. A nice single crystal specimen from the French Alps!

It's a small but lovely specimen of snow white pericline on a chloritized rock matrix. All main crystals are intact and there are only some very minor issues along the periphery.

Altyn-Tyube, the type locality for dioptase, is known as the worlds secon-best (after Tsumeb) dioptase deposit and this specimen is totally showing why. Typical for the locale this specimen shows a cleft, opened in a piece of limestone with a calcite layer. The cleft walls are mounted with brilliant dioptase crystals of gemmy, deeply green color and fantastic luster. The largest crystal is nearly 1.4 cm long and very sharp. Funny thing is, this piece would definitely cost much more if it was from Tsumeb but here we are and this is Altyn-Tyube, the classic dioptase deposit and type locality.
