Several single isolated spheres of vivid yellow brucite are set on a rock matrix with a thin hydromagnesite layer that provides an elegant silvery background. The individual spheres show a diameter of up to 1.6 cm. Unlike many pale and unattractive brucite specimens we have seen on the market these crystals shine with the most vivid lemon-yellow color, strikingly emphasized on the smooth hydromagnesite matrix. Condition, crystal quality and overall aesthetics are absolutely amazing on this fine brucite specimen!
It's a flawless high quality quartz from the Zillertal that amazes with spectacular brilliance and textbook aesthetics. Both crystals are water-clear, sharp and with splendid luster on all sides. The surface shows some nice structures with some intergrown mica here and there. The main crystal is 3.7 cm thick and accompanied by a second quartz that's 2.1 cm thick. Very nice arrangement and outstanding condition. Even the bottom is fully recrystallized and not broken.
What I like on this specimen is for sure the very distinctive design. A single cubical pyrite crystal is set atop a well balanced piece of matrix, consisting of white calcite and orange/brown ankerite. The pyrite has nice luster and is undamaged.
The quality of this quartz is positively breathtaking! While some of you might not be that happy about some intergrown crystals at the backside (even if those are all perfectly crystallized and the iron oxide coating adds a really beautiful golden color) but I am sure we could all agree on the water-clear crystal body, the wet-look luster and the sharp pointed termination! Absolutely amazing and flawless all around!
It's a barite from the famous finds at the open-pit mine in Jebel Ouichane. As characteristic for these specimens the light blue barite comes as blade-like tabular crystals of great transparency and luster. They are arranged as a beautiful and three-dimensional spray. The piece is a floater with only some residual iron-oxide here and there which adds this certain natural flavor! Like an ice-sculpture this specimen reflects the light from every angle as you can easily see in our video!
This compact pink tourmaline cluster is exceptionally impressive and lovely in person! The beautiful pink color paired with superb luster and rich architecture makes this an outstanding and extremely attractive specimen! It is in overall best condition with only very minimal abrastions which are hard to even find due to the exuberant richness of details! Some attached cleavelandite adds a little extra and perfects the aesthetics! Absolutely amazing as you can nicely see in our video!
This closed gwindel specimen shows a very distinctive twist and is in best condition! The quartz is transparent all the way without internal cracks or impurities. Its surface has a slight chloritization which is a bit stronger on the narrow faces and hardly there on the broad main faces. A very well designed closed gwindel from Val Giuv!
This beautiful combination impresses with its large, perfectly shaped and aesthetically presented main ilmenite that has a diameter of 2.4 cm. The ilmenite has a very nice orange/brown patina with some fine black structures showing through. It sits on a construct of smaller ilmenite crystals, several quartz crystals and black schorl, which is quite rare as a combination. The entire piece is a floater and, apart from small contacts, undamaged.
A lovely combination of tourmaline with a single white quartz crystal.
Aesthetics here is really exceptional and I can honestly say that the piece is somewhat more brilliant in person.
The tourmaline shows great luster on the prism faces and is frosted at the termination.
What is interesting here is that the tourmaline is rather broad (2,5 cm, while only 2,4 cm high) but it is only between 0,5 cm and 1 cm thick, which enables the light to enter the crystal from behind and bring out the blue color near the termination.
The backside of the tourmaline holds a little secret landscape with white cleavelandite, a small quartz and a thin tourmaline freely standing out.
Really lovely in person!
The quartz is glassy, well developed and in very good condition.
A wonderful scheelite from the Pingwu mine that shows very best dark orange color. It is sharply developed and in perfect condition. The luster is amazing here and especially towards the tips of the octahedron it has beautiful gemmy patches! The single crystal has 2.5 cm on edge. Our video gives a good impression of the quality and aesthetics of this superb specimen!
There were many aquamarines on the market in the last years. In my opinion most of them are just too blocky and therefore not so interesting for the modern collectors nowadays. The size of the crystal on this specimen is well-proportioned to the very good crystallized matrix of feldspar and quartz. The beveled termination of the crystal is very rare and most of the aquamarines have just flat terminations, what makes a big difference in my opinion. The crystal is very gemmy and has incredible mirror luster what is much better in person then. Over all the whole specimen is well-balanced and all is on the position where it should be! It is completely free of damage and natural all around. This specimen is definitely for the advanced collector, who is also looking for small differences which have a big impact on the specimen.
This is definitely the best Berbes Fluorite I have ever offered for sale! The combination of purple fluorite with barite is very high valued by collectors nowadays. This specimen has many very translucent crystals with great quality and the best luster you can look for. Fluorites from Berbes rarely have this quality! I have recently got this specimen out of a european collection while the collector decided to let this one go just because he got a substitute of similar appearance. I had great luck to get this one and I proudly offer it for sale on the newly launched website! What an amazing specimen!
