This smoky quartz from Feldschijen glacier is just mind-blowing in person!
The main crystal is 5 cm long and has the very best vibrant quality you could possibly look for! It is sharp, lustrous, glassy and with a wonderful warm brown color! And it is 100% perfect! Some of the side-crystals have smaller issues but mostly on the back and hardly discernible. The focus lies on the main crystal and that one is really fantastic!

What's lovely about this piece is the curved surface of the adularia covered rock matrix. At the center of that curve stands a single 1.6 cm long titanite of excellent quality and nice greenish honey-yellow color. There are a couple of side-crystals as well, all of which makes for a highly natural landscape-like look. A lovely specimen with no downsides!

This single quartz crystal shows absolutely stunning quality and captivating appeal! It has sparkling luster, excellent clarity and a distinctive and unusual tapered shape. The crystal has a size of 11.7 cm and was found in the Krumltal, a side valley of Rauris valley. Luster, transparency and shape are really beautiful here and the crystal has a nice golden color that originates in iron oxide coatings and inclusions. At closer inspection you will also find some rutile inclusions near the base. The specimen is in exceptionally well condition with hardly any abrasions at all.

This specimen features a single 1.4 cm knee-twin crystal with bright luster and utter perfection. Both ends of the doubly terminated crystal are undamaged and sharply developed. As you can see on the picture there is a thin needle-like part protruding from the right end of the rutile. Also this is terminated. The rutile is set on an elongated calcite covered schist matrix with brownish limonite which all makes for a rather natural Alpine look. Beautiful and disctinctive aesthetics meets a large main crystal of striking quality and size!

A very attractive little rutilated quartz from Hocharn. Quartz with such rich rutile inclusions is hard to find, especially with such striking aesthetics! The piece has a prominent main crystal which is accompanied by several side crystals, all of which are packed with rutile includions, sparkling inside the transparent and lustrous crystals. The condition is very good indeed with no damage at all!

This fabulous fluorite is from a new find at the works for the new St. Gotthard road tunnel in Switzerland. Only very few of those pieces are available on the market as most went directly to the museum and I am very happy I can present this exceptionally fine specimen!
It has a total size of 8 cm with the larger of the two fluorites measuring 1.7 cm on edge. As you can see in the picture, the quality of the fluorites is really impressively brilliant! The crystals are super lustrous with a sharp surface structure. The interior is crystal clear with an enchanting pink color. The fluorites sit on a bright, crystallized matrix, accompanied by colorless quartz. All this highlights the quality and beauty of fluorites in a unique and stunning way!

TO784 - Schorl included Quartz - 950€
Realp, Uri, Switzerland

A nice towering composition of high quality quartz with inclusions of schorl. Especially the top main crystal, which is exceptionally glassy and lustrous and perfect and really just stunning in person, has a distinctive single needle of schorl with a length of 2.2 cm. Also further down the specimen and on the backside there is some schorl present.
Despite the oddly towering look of the specimen, all is in fact perfectly crystallized here. A closer inspection will lead you to a surprising richness of little side-crystals, re-crystallized contacts, natural faces of silvery schist matrix, brilliant stacked quartz crystals and some black schorl in between. The longer you look the more you will realize what a marvelous and fascinating specimen this is!

The fluorite doesn't have the most open color but when you add direct backlight you can see the intensive purple core as well as lighter zones towards the outside. Several stacked cubes are set on a piece of matrix with white calcites. There are some contacts present but the overall condition is very good.

An enchanting combination of quartz and rutile on a vivid schist matrix from the Breithorn near Grengiolis in the Swiss canton of Wallis. The main quartz is 2.7 cm long, colorless, transparent and very shiny. What is special here, however, is the combination of the quartz crystals with the rutiles that sit at the right. All three rutiles are double-ended, the longest measures 1.5 cm. On closer inspection, the smaller of the crystals has barely noticeable damage, but the rest is perfect. The Matrix is also particularly beautiful: a vivid landscape of silvery schist, white feldspar, reddish iron oxide, small quartz crystals and occasionally tiny rutile needles. A truly excellent piece!
