This little aquamarine looks like an angel with white wings! The aquamarine has a distinct sky-blue color and strikes with a fantastic, sharp cut and artfully modified termination! The body is completely limpid, the surface is smooth and lustrous! On both sides there are small patches of white feldspar that are perfectly crystallized and look just gorgeous! This is a lovely little specimen of exceptional aesthetics that shows no damage whatsoever!

This is an especially fine and colorful liddicoatite crystal that has a great lot of beautiful details to offer. Most certainly the dramatic color-play of different green shades and saturated strawberry red will enchant you in combination with the very lively aesthetics of tourmaline and contrasting white, slightly blueish albite. Even the bottom is terminated leaving nothing to be desired. The whole crystal is translucent and very colorful with no visible damage. One small part - a side crystal covered in matrix at the left - is repaired but which is not visible from the front.
A unique liddicoatite specimen of just perfect size and aesthetics!

Color and clarity of this rather small specimen are very much impressive! The single crystal shows a deep cherry red and is gemmy through and through! With a pointed pyramidal termination the development is remarkably good for a piece of that size. Overall the crystal shows some rough edges and faces but thats contact induced, not due to damage, which becomes obvious when you put it under the microscope. Our video shows color and luster very nicely. Clarity on the other had is much better in person!

Highly lustrous pyrite crystals are set on a sparkling white quartz matrix of perfect contrast. The crystals are of the very best quality you will only find on Peruvian pieces: Golden mirroring luster on a subtly striated surface, rounded edges and all flawless. Among the pyrite there is one 1.8 cm crystal of galena as well as several small galena crystals distributed between the quartz. This is a high quality pyrite specimen of exceptional aesthetics!

TH1 - Aquamarine - Sold
Paprok, Nuristan Province, Afghanistan
Size: 7.5 x 7.5 x 4.7 cm

Paprok may be one of those world-famous localities for fine tourmaline but also for aquamarine? Hardly! Still, this very specimen was found there and it is pretty indeed! The single aqua is set on a characteristic mix of quartz, feldspar and schorl. The crystal has a modified hexagonal shape that is more typical for morganite but the color is blue - a light but definite sky blue. There are some peripheral contacts but the aquamarine is in best condition. The interior is glassy, the surface is partly frosted, partly lustrous and clean. This is an unusual and striking piece from a major locale!

Size: 5 x 2.7 x 0.9 cm

This beautiful sweeping gold is from the spectacular find of crystallized gold in Serra do Caldeirão, Brazil that for a short period of time released specimens like a small volcano! Unfortunately due to governmental prohibition this flow shortly afterwards ebbed away so that now no new material is coming to the market. This piece shows especially attractive aesthetics and best gold quality! It is complete and flawless all around and shows just excellent golden color! The shape of hopperend grown corals is very appealing in person as you can see in our pictures and the video alike! A terrific gold specimen in any respect!

CG2 - Tourmaline on Feldspar - 930€
Paprok, Nuristan Province, Afghanistan

I very much like the aesthetic of this specimen! The tourmaline has very clear and bright colors, from pink at the flat termination to satiated green further down. This gemmy crystal sits between a construct of shimmering cleavelandite and a blocky piece of feldspar which makes it very interesting and aesthetic alike! The backside is contacted but recrystallized. The front is all flawless with an all perfect tourmaline in the middle! Absolutely beautiful in person!

ZH652 - Amethyst Sceptre - 1250€
Goboboseb Mts., Brandberg Area, Erongo Region, Namibia
Size: 5.1 x 4.1 x 3.1 cm

This piece was found in the Goboboseb Mountains which are world famous for the high quality amethyst crystals found in this area! The amethyst shows the most intensive purple color that is absolutely mesmerizing when it catches some light! This color is acutally quite characteristic as it shows different zones, some even colorless, some of very deep color. Different purple phantoms are stacked among each other to create this inner life that is absolutely amazing if you take the time for a closer look! The sharp-cut crystal is virtually flawless – only at the backside you can find some edge-wear - and of gemmy quality through and through! A second, doubly-terminated crystal is attached to the side which adds much to the aesthetics! The amethyst is in fact a sceptre, which is quite characteristic for the locale. Top-notch quality and well defined beauty make this specimen outstanding!

PB55 - Augelite with Quartz - 650€
Mundo Nuevo Mine, Mundo Nuevo, Huamachuco, Sanchez Carrion, La Libertad, Peru
Size: 6 x 4.1 x 3.5 cm
Watch Video

This is a great and kind of unusual piece of augelite and quartz on matrix. The crystals are lifted from the matrix on stilts-like quartz needles. Anyhow, the main focus here is on the larger quartz crystal that protrudes on the rigth and the imressive 2.4 cm augelite both of which are perfectly flawless. The overall picture reminds of a steamboat or a locomotive with chimneys protruding from the top. This is an unusual piece with an exceptionally large and brilliant augelite in a really charming companionship!
